Australian Commercial Investigators (ACI) has been providing process serving and debt recovery services to the Sunshine Coast region since it was established in 1986. After a change in ownership in 2014, ACI has grown from strength to strength. The new operators have been in the industry since 2008 and are renowned for taking a hard line to get results.
Based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, we offer our services from North Brisbane to Northern Gympie, and everywhere in-between.

OUR SERVICES
Process and Documents Serving
As our main service, we provide an extensive range of process and document servicing for clients, including QCAT, Magistrates/District/Supreme and Federal Court documents, Divorce, Summons and Subpoena’s, Letter of Demand/Final Notices and more. We also provide an affidavit of service to confirm the job was done correctly and to a high standard. If required, we can also attend enforcement hearings at Court so you don’t have to.
Debt Recovery
ACI is your one stop shop for all your debt recovery needs. Our debt recovery services include field calls, repossessions and letters of demand, carried out by our licenced and fully insured field agents.
ACI conducts field calls (visits) to speak to customers to update contact details, pass on messages, conduct occupancy checks or to make demands for payment. We can repossess goods and chattels. Our wide range of towing operator contacts ensure everything is covered throughout the repossession.
We can also provide letters of demand and final notices, including having our logo on your letter and can personally deliver it for you. Having a qualified locksmith in our team allows us to conduct lock changes for evictions or vacant possessions.
Investigations
At ACI, we offer skip tracing and investigation services, including background checks. Using our access to state-of-the-art skip tracing methods that have been proven and tested, we will find the solution to your needs. We also offer surveillance operations and work cover investigations for our clients.
